In this way, the artist-consultant sha. realizes something impossible in most normal consultancy settings: in a special resonance process between manager and artist, a seemingly effortless »balancing« between material and immaterial values is achieved.
The process spans between visionary space – in which inner purposes and ur-motivations can develop and be recognized – to the »manifestation of the vision« in a concrete shaping process.
This might take the form of a spatial transformation (for example a work of interior art, serving the business as a lasting point of self-identification) or of concrete results in product innovation or an imaginative extension of product or service offerings.
